1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tweek. By creating an account you confirm this information is accurate and that you're the real owner of the email/identity you provide.
2. Respect other people
Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, and targeted abuse against any person or group are not allowed. Impersonating a real person without clearly labeling the account as parody/fan/commentary is not allowed.
3. No spam or manipulation
No mass-following, fake engagement, repetitive/automated posting, or flooding reports, DMs, comments, or any other feature. Accounts caught spamming or abusing any system feature may be suspended without warning.
4. No illegal or harmful content
No content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence, or facilitates illegal activity. This includes gifts, media, custom emojis, or GIFs uploaded to the platform.
5. Security & abuse of the platform
Attempting to hack, exploit, scan for vulnerabilities (including SQL injection, path traversal, or any other attack pattern), disrupt service, or access other users' accounts/data without authorization is strictly forbidden and may result in an immediate, permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, but you give Tweek a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.
7. Account responsibility
You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password secure. We are not liable for losses resulting from a compromised account due to your own negligence.
8. Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features (posting, DMs, stories), or suspend/ban accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
9. Payments & virtual goods
Tweeks, Premium subscriptions, gifts, and other paid features are non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual items have no real-world cash value.
10. Changes
These rules may be updated over time. Continued use of Tweek after changes means you accept the updated rules.
